Job Description:
Our Ophthalmic practice is looking for enthusiastic Sales Optician personnel, who is a team player, well organized and dependable to join our team.
Requirement:- Interpretation of prescriptions written by ophthalmologists and optometrists Optical Measurement Finish Labwork;-
Frame and Lens inventory and dispensing select eyeglass selection for our patients and provide lens treatments including tints and coatings Create work orders for lab technicians to ensure delivery of the proper lenses.
-Adjust eye wear to ensure a proper fit;
- Dispensing eyeglasses Repair broken frames Educate clients on proper eyeglasses/ Sales Keep track of orders, prescriptions, and inventory/ - Reconciliation Insurance knowledge; VSP, VCP, Eyemed
*Candidate must have proficiency with a manual lensometer and experience with Microsoft office; Excel spreadsheets
***Experienced w/ EHR is preferred. We are seeking a team player who has previous experience (Min 1 years), has initiative and wants to contribute to the practice growth.Applicant must be a quick learner, enthusiastic, personable, dependable, and professional.
Ongoing training is provided.
