YOUR NEW ROLE AS A PROPERTY ACCOUNT MANAGER

The expected work schedule for the Property Account Manager position is during regular business hours.

As a Property Account Manager, your typical day involves overseeing the financial aspects of properties, including rent collection, payment processing, and budgeting. You also handle lease agreements, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you collaborate with property owners and tenants to address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. In this role, attention to detail is crucial as you are responsible for maintaining accurate and organized financial records. You proactively follow up with tenants and property owners, respond to emails and phone calls promptly, and attend virtual meetings as necessary.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Great customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attentive with strong organizational skills
  • Some experience in property management or a similar field would be a plus
