Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Build trust and rapport with prospective customers and help them understand the benefits of solar
- Perform outbound calls with prospective customers and follow up on warm leads- no cold calling required
- Earn a commission for qualified appointments you set for the in-home sales representatives and daily/weekly bonuses!
- Discuss the benefits of solar power and answer questions regarding Vision Solar products through inbound/outbound calls
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas set by sales manager
- Help guide homeowners in the process of switching to solar
- Complete a thorough two week paid training program with our dedicated sales training team
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Rewards:
- Base salary competitive commission/bonus structure
- Uncapped commission program - 1st year earning expectation is $50-$70K, 2nd year earning expectation is $70K-$90K

Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Must be able to work in the office Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM
- Is coachable and eager to learn
- Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
- Sales mindset, driven and money-motivated
Plusses:
- Phone sales experience preferred
- Confidence overcoming objections and not taking no for an answer!
- Experience in sales
- Experience handling high call volume
