EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 10 years IT project management experience; PMP certification highly desirable
- A proven history of leading multiple start-to-finish Workday implementations or migrations is needed. Implementation experience as an employee of Workday or with a is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM needed.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management and developing employee training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Elevated level of self-motivation and initiative, with a commitment to delivering excellence
- Demonstrated a history of contributing both strategically and tactically at a consistently elevated level.
