Campaign Manager Role Summary (Works with the Marketing/Events Manager)

  • Tracking todos with top level campaigns, delegating action items to departments, and hosting cross department meetings to make sure everyone is coordinated as a campaign is conceptualized and put into production.
  • Responsible for working with the Marketing/Events department driving the campaign execution process with new ideas that help execute top level goals. Todos summarized and managed daily with the Network Expert and Engagement Managers oversight.

Campaign Manager Roles & Responsibilities

  • Once higher level planning for initiatives has been completed with success outcomes expected (Provided by the senior team), the Campaign manager will determine which partners in the network that will be involved with each campaign, and will be responsible for aligning strategic interests and having prospective partners commit to each campaign before continuing the campaign building process.
  • Cost Modeling - Coordinates with Marketing/Paying Member Management to determine upfront commitment in dollars needed for the company to execute all related expenses for the defined successful outcomes, and where the initial budgets are coming from (Paying Member commitments for IR/Business Development - Main Source, etc)
  • Revenue Models - Coordinate with the marketing manager regarding network sponsor commitments and sales for member commitments needed to achieve goals, pricing (Based on rate card) etc.,.
  • If not a new event/conference partner, the campaign manager can pull historical reference of the event, cross compare data, and build member lists based on previous company efforts and how to improve strategy to create more revenues.
  • Determine what locations/Events/conferences will be a part of this campaign. Work with the Events Department to solidify while mapping out the conceptualization, planning, and production schedule needed to execute the campaign/events.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing and sales manager to build the sales tools needed to begin an outreach process. Metrics will be defined for each specific campaign.
  • Deadlines set for marketing to begin an outreach process with all templates being used for campaign communications confirmed.
  • Making sure responses processed by marketing, sales, etc., are accounted for through the Universal Ledger (UL - Where responses get documented via email, phone, etc) and making sure any relevant relationships are being handled by corresponding departments/Member & IR Managers.
  • Weekly monitoring of conversion of these responses and making sure we get enough commitments in to hit all needed goals. (Within budgets set for operations to process) If a campaign is not doing as well as expected, there needs to be a determination if we continue to budget efforts into a campaign, or pause the campaign efforts until adjustments have been made, or another campaign is determined.
