JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director that will play a key role in overseeing clinical operations, providing leadership to our clinical staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Clinical Director is responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategic direction and leading Visionary Eye Doctors clinic organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Clinical Operations Director will take wide range oversight of this Ophthalmology and Optometry practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Clinical Managers in leading the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services of each clinic.
- Work closely with Ophthalmologist, Optometrists, and technicians.
- Conduct regular meetings with the clinical managerial team with the purpose of improving patient, provider, and staff satisfaction.
- Analyze clinical practice and identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Assure that patient-centered care is provided within each clinic.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Responsible for the implementation and training of all new ophthalmic equipment.
- Responsible for training all clinical staff.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling of clinics across all locations.
- Identify and set up service/repair for diagnostic, other clinical equipment.
- Oversee clinical ordering, inventory management, along with budgetary responsibility.
- Submit reports and complete regulatory documentation as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
