Character of Position
As a Processor, you will be responsible for the execution of all manufacturing activities related to assigned projects including direct costs of projects, quality assurance, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand statement of work and other documents related to manufacturing requirements
- Develop and coordinate a plan with manufacturing teams to achieve quality, timing, and budgetary goals
- Manage the progress of multiple projects at a time to support manufacturing schedules
- Process material and work instructions through stages of manufacturing, including coordination of outsourcing manufacturing
- Coordinate with team leaders to establish manufacturing processes and procedures
- Prepare and review plan of execution with manufacturing teams
- Serve as an information resource at estimation phase of a project as needed
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Read and understand engineering and manufacturing drawings
- Read and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and solve challenges as they arise
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
- Strong organization and communication skills
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a related field
- Hands-on manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Catia/Enovia or other CAD software (preferred)
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
