Breakfast Attendant

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience and start their day off right. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry. Duties: - Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization - Prepare and replenish breakfast items such as hot and cold beverages, pastries, cereals, and fruits - Monitor food levels and restock as needed to ensure availability for guests - Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, chairs, and serving areas - Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs - Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during breakfast hours - Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food Skills: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences - Previous experience in a banquet, guest services, hotel, or restaurant setting is preferred - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members - Basic cash handling skills for processing payments - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.
