Job Posting for Home Improvement Contractor Supervisor at Visions of Color Painting and Home Improvement LLC

Please READ before Applying. We are seeking an Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and materials. This role is for a Independent Contract Full-timeTime. You will supervise the team on onsite jobs, do store runs for materials, communicate with management team and do occassional handyman projects.

There is 100% travel required in the Metro DMV area. Must have own Transportation

Must have basic tools

Must be proficient in communication and managing others

Background Check is required!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising team
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Constant Communication to management.
  • Maintain records of material purchase
  • Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve accuracy of team

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
