Job Posting for Sales Account Representative at Visions
The primary goal of the Sales position is to generate new business and retain current clients by being knowledgeable of the products and the client?s needs.
Job Functions:
The responsibilities in this position, include but are not limited to:
Identify new potential accounts.
Responsible for managing and growing the territory assigned.
Recommend marketing strategies to help a region perform at the highest level.
Generate and submit sales reports to management on leads, customer accounts, and sales.
Research competitors for pricing to ensure we are competitive in the marketplace.
Monitor market conditions in relation to competition.
Schedule and perform in person product training and video conference training.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Attend trade shows and make meaningful contact with new and existing clients.
Overnight travel to trade shows and clients.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Must have a valid driver?s license.
Overnight travel is required.
Maintain a professional company image.
Strong consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient at Microsoft Office.
Education and Experience:
An associate degree in business or marketing is preferred.
Previous sales experience is required.
Physical Requirements:
Occasional prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking during trade shows and presentations.
