What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success position at Visitu?
Visitu is hiring someone who will be an amazing listener and advocate for our customers. You will support how our customers use Visitu Safe Campus and make sure their experience is exceptional. You will join an organization with a mission to simplify safety on campuses and a team who believes in you. You should be comfortable troubleshooting software and engaging customers. Your day to day will consist of Intercom customer chats, Zoom with customers and screen sharing, phone calls, email, implementations, troubleshooting, and educating customers how to use the platform. School or SaaS experience is a plus.
