What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Scheduler position at Visium resources?
Summary of Duties
Candidate shall prepare detailed (Tier 5 level) and DCMA compliant MS Project schedules for work to be performed on the SLS program.
Candidate shall update and convert Tier 5 schedules to a daily task/open item work list for the team to work to.
Candidate shall create and deliver Tier 3 schedule roll ups to Boeing IP&S for integration into Open Plan on a weekly basis.
Candidate shall track and incorporate Schedule Variance, Risk, & Opportunities into the Program schedule.
Candidate shall create weekly outbriefs/charts outlining the health of the plan/performance and present to the Integrated Product Team Leader and the IP&S Leader.

Qualified candidates would have the following:
Experience creating Tier 5 level and/or DCMA compliant schedules.
Experience tracking and incorporating Schedule Variance, Risk, & Opportunities into schedules.
Must have strong experience working with MS Project.
Due to the nature of our client's contract, candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. A security clearance is not required.
Candidate must be able to pass a background investigation.
This is a full-time position located in New Orleans, LA at Michoud Assembly Facility.

Salary: $61,478.22 - $85,000.00 per year
