What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist (Manufacturing) position at Visron Technical LLC?
This team player serves as an extension of our Sales Team. This position will primarily support our international sales by providing optimum customer support to both our internal and external customers. The goal of our customer service professionals is to assist our sales team in maintaining, enhancing, and obtaining new business.
We are interested in candidates with any level of experience. We will gladly train anyone who is excited to learn and assist us with international shipments, quote follow-up, order processing, and customer inquiries. This role requires strong interpersonal relations, teamwork, and flexibility to support the business needs appropriately.
