Pay and Benefits:

$15.50/hour for any hours worked Monday through Friday

$16.50/hour weekend premium

Shift Explanation:
-
Often shifts are 8 hours some are 12 hours
-
With the shifts being 12 hours long, you will reach your hours for the week within 3 or 4 days.

36 hour (3 day) work weeks will allow for 4 days off per week

48 hour (4 day) work weeks will allow for 3 days off per week

Will get paid overtime for working over 40 hours per week

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. Mandt, CPR,
-
and first aid certification.

Completion of provided training.

Completion of a criminal background check and health screening.
Job Duties:
-
Assist Individuals with their day to day adventures.
-
Light housekeeping such as vacuuming, doing the dishes, and laundry.

Plan and execute activities with the individuals
-
Basic to moderate cares, depending on the individual and their needs
-
Prepare meals and plan a healthy meal plan with the Individuals
-
Use an Ipad to notate and chart behaviors and incidents
-
Assist with the distribution of medication
