Marketing Specialist, Remington

Job Description Remington Ammunition is seeking a highly energetic and motivated professional to fill the role of Marketing Specialist in Lonoke, Arkansas. The Marketing Specialist will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. Support the Remington Marketing Director and the Creative Team. This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based out of our Lonoke, Arkansas office. As the Marketing Specialist, you will have an opportunity to: Initiate and manage individual projects that support marketing launch strategies (draft job tickets, coordinate with supporting teams for development, route for review and deliver final execution) Manage status report and ensure teams are driving towards key deadlines Assist the Sr. Marketing Coordinator with product packaging updates Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities Coordinate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts (Creative Team, Trade Marketing Team and Sales) Assist in facilitating needs for company brand ambassadors Work with the Marketing Project Manager to analyze and report campaign results Undertake individual tasks of marketing plans as assigned You have: Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills Ability to follow direction and take constructive criticism An aptitude for time management, organization, and communication Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on catering to an online audience Strong communication skills and able to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds Strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment Able to work productively and effectively when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures Strong project management and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks Familiarity with working with Creative, Social Media and Web teams Collaboration skills with a strong desire to bring best practices to the team through shared knowledge Flexible and positive disposition to work in a dynamic and changing environment Knowledge of hunting and shooting sports preferred We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!
