Full time, 3/4 or 1/2 time position. We are flexible with your needs. Start right away. We are a growing Property Management Company in Pierce County. Hiring an experienced Property Maintenance Coordinator. We manage individual homes, apartment buildings and some commercial buildings. This job is based in the office the majority of the day but some outside inspections could be required. Use of your vehicle will be reimbursed per mile. Join our team in a fun and welcoming office. Modern light filled office with plenty of parking, monthly office lunches and coffee and snacks everyday.
As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Handle resident service requests received on our software
* Scheduling of the maintenance staff
* Work directly with property owners and vendors
Qualifications:
*Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
*Great written and verbal skills
*Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Must be available to participate in our (seldom used) on-call emergency phone rotation.
* Skilled with all Microsoft office programs
Experience:
* Experience in Rental Home/Apartment Maintenance managing
* No medical benefits included with the position
* Paid Holidays and PTO
* This is not an on-site residence position
