A progressive and physician friendly organization is seeking an experienced geriatric, internal medicine, or family medicine physician for a highly established PACE program in central Sacramento. Details For This Opportunity

  • 100% outpatient medicine with EPIC EMR
  • Limited patient volume of highly complex patients 55 yrs. and older
  • Probably see 6-10 patients per day
  • Provide comprehensive care to vulnerable and comorbid patients of the highest complexity.
  • All patients seen in a clinical setting with transportation provided if necessary
  • Team of physician and APP cover a patient panel of approximately 150
  • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with call center taking all initial calls
  • Salaried position starting at $285,000
  • Health/dental/vision at no charge including family
  • 26 days PTO
  • Employer matched 403b retirement program plus more
  • Sacramento Metro location
