We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our team within Countryside Partnerships Yorkshire, at our Wakefield office. As our Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Business Unit. This is a Full time position 8.30am – 17.00pm

- GCSE in maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Administration positions held previously
- Previous office environment experience
- Worked in a reactive & fast paced position previously
- A high standard of IT literacy, including full proficiency in Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, Onedrive.
- Demonstrable process implementation skills, including workload management.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office environment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a larger team
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in working in a face paced, changing environment where priorities can change daily.

More about the Administrator role…
- Assist with administrative tasks provided by the wider company including printing, typing, binding, laminating, scanning etc
- Supporting the Office Manager & Operations Co-ordinator with various reception & office admin responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to both office & site teams
- Booking staff training in accordance with business policies
- Administering the required documentation for starters & leavers
- Assist with filing, archiving, scanning and general document administration and ad hoc support across all departments and construction sites
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Cover receptionist duties when required including greeting visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner & distribute incoming correspondence
- Maintain all aspects of office and construction site filing systems, including Health and Safety files.
- Raise Purchase Orders for accounts
- Arrange and monitor meeting room bookings, ensuring the provision or meeting room facilities for each meeting
- Ensuring the meeting room is clean and tidy ready for the next meeting
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Monitoring stationary & PPE supplies
- Handle requests for information, data and renewals
- Assist with resolving administrative enquiries from the wider group
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments across all departments
- Support other members of Admin Department when required.
