Team Overview

 Join a team of some of the best behavioral health clinicians from across the country to deliver evidence based care for patients with acute suicidality and other mental health conditions. Utilize our evidence based protocols that demonstrate risk reduction. All work is delivered in a telehealth setting.

Qualifications

• Registered in Connecticut as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA).
• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science
• Demonstrated experience using evidence based methodologies to appropriately diagnose and treat mental health conditions; delivery of care that is outcomes focused.
• Proven experience providing compassionate, patient centered therapy (individual, couples, groups) across the life cycle from adolescents to adults. Telehealth experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training and commitment to deliver manualized protocol for our evidenced-based care pathways for suicide risk reduction.
• Advanced proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHRs).
• Strong written and verbal communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Full time: 40 hour week position with 30 hours of direct clinical care delivery and 10 hours of admin/training/consultation/documentation time. 23 of direct care hours are during PEAK time which is between the hours of 2-8pm M-F.
• Conduct initial evaluations and then provide ongoing individual, couple, family, group therapy through video-based telehealth sessions to adolescents and adults.
• Participate in onboarding and training in our evidence-based care pathways and deliver models as trained including our suicide care protocols, interventions, risk assessments.
• Complete all required screening tools and clinical chart documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend individual supervision/consultation regularly  to review caseload.
• Attend Suicide Care Consultation Group minimally once per month to drive positive outcomes and adherence to care model. Willingness to meet with a learning coach as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $55,000- 60,000annually 

• Compensation is based on years of experience and other credentials.
