What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem) position at Vitable Health?
Job Description
Vitable is a membership-based health plan that provides primary and urgent care services through Nurse Practitioners via telehealth and at the member's home or worksite. A member goes to our mobile app, selects a medical service, enters the time and place for their appointment, and is able to schedule a visit with an available provider. Vitable provides similar services to those provided at retail clinics or urgent cares. With our model, we are able to drive down prices for our members and provide a convenient, technology-driven, consumer-focused experience that is often lacking at primary care practices and urgent care centers.
