Vital Acquisitions is looking for the right candidate to join our team composed of highly professional and hardworking individuals. As an entry level Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for providing sales and a customer service experience in retailers that is intended to improve the profitability of our clients and retail partners.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Communicate well with customers.
  • Present the customers with products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Process orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 year of customer service experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
