Credentialed School Nurse Roles - (Full Time / Part Time) - Immediate Start

Vital Healthcare, Inc. (“Vital”) is currently accepting applications for its Credentialed School Nurse (CSN) roles in West Covina, CA!

Must be available Monday through Friday and available to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

As a Vital Healthcare, Inc. Credentialed School Nurse (CSN) staff, you will play a key role in supporting Vital's school district clients. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee health assessments and assist in IEP meetings
• Provide health services to students and staff members
• Evaluate the health and well being of students and staff members
• Act as a healthcare resource for students and staff
• Guide the administration of hearing and vision tests to students
• Maintain meticulous records of confidential patient information
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients

Qualifications:

• Weekday (M-F) availability is an absolute requirement
• Strong attention to detail, superior work ethic and integrity, and interpersonal skills
• High level of energy and professionalism with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
• Ability to handle behavioral issues

Licenses Required (All licenses will be verified):

• Credentialed School Nurse (CSN)
• Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation:

Compensation ranges from $55 per hour to $65 per hour, depending on license level and experience.
