How You Will Make a Difference

 

As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Vice President of HR who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The Vice President of HR is the driver of high-velocity and innovative talent initiatives leading onboarding and talent acquisition, performance management, colleague engagement and building a customer centric, people-first strategy for a high-performing HR team ensuring operational excellence. This role reports to the CHRO.

As the Vice President of HR, you will:

  • Drives operational excellence and efficiency by ensuring seamless integration of talent onboarding and acquisitions by crafting continually improving processes based on qualitative and quantitative feedback and insights.
  • Leads the development and execution of targeted HR initiatives colleague engagement, and other key performance indicators through the tracking, trending, and analysis of people data. Conducts surveys, gathers data and provides analysis relevant to programs, plans supporting the HR strategy and business objectives. 
  • Oversees the design and delivery of a high velocity talent acquisition strategy while partners with leadership to develop workforce plans that anticipate talent needs, enable proactive sourcing, and ensure meaningful and impactful on-boarding.
  • Consults and advises leadership at all levels regarding policy interpretation, employment law, best human resource practices, program development and enhancement, investigation of complaints, conflict resolution and performance improvement.
  • Leads effective and timely communication to colleagues

Experience Required to Deliver on Our Mission

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related degree required; Master’s preferred
  • Strong business acumen with a broad HR background in strategy and operations
  • 10 years in progressive HR roles; preferably with a multi-state, multi-location organization
  • Experience in an HR leadership role supporting a high-performance, high-velocity culture
