REGIONAL RECRUITER POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Recruiter is instrumental in driving VitalCore’s growth and success by sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across specified regions. Their primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and attracting candidates for various roles as well as ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process. The role requires a proactive and dynamic approach to recruitment, with a deep understanding of regional hiring trends and networks.
REGIONAL RECRUITER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process correspondence in a timely and systematic manner.
- Participate in external recruitment functions, including: career fairs, off-site and on-site job fairs.
- Source quality candidates using a variety of internal and external resources.
- Generate reports and statistics.
- Fill open positions, through recruiting and sourcing candidates online.
- Identify, attract, and select applicants, advise managers, and relationship building,
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and work assignments to meet or exceed deadlines.
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate respect, concern, and courtesy in all interpersonal communications.
- Follow through with processes from inception to completion.
- Maintain skills and continue professional development to enhance the operations and image of the organization.
- Adhere to personnel policies to enhance the operation of the healthcare unit.
- Attend training and meetings as required.
- Travel to facilities as needed.
REGIONAL RECRUITER PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Previous recruiting experience.
- Must reside in or near corporate office in Topeka, KS.
- Experience with ADP.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience or the equivalent of education and experience.
- Must possess a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
