Job Title: Executive IT Support
Position Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and highly capable Executive IT Technician to provide white-glove service to our executives and offer support to the Service Desk Team in a limited Tier 3 role. This full-time, onsite position in Westlake, OH, requires candidates with onsite support experience in an executive-facing role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. A key aspect of this role involves being ready to travel to the Nashville, TN area on short notice to address any IT concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, drawing on extensive experience as an Executive Admin with a deep understanding of the current IT business environment.
- Provide comprehensive support for the Microsoft 365 suite, addressing inquiries related to Outlook and other applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling office equipment, including multi-function printers, with specific expertise in Air Print functionality within a corporate network for iOS Devices, iPads, and Windows PCs.
- Utilize technical acumen to navigate Zoom and Teams, ensuring a seamless virtual collaboration experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, demonstrating patience and professionalism while addressing repetitive technical issues.
- Ability to articulate technical solutions effectively, providing 24/7 support via text/phone.
- Be prepared to travel to the Nashville, TN area on short notice to address any IT concerns.
- Bring extensive experience in deskside executive admin roles, providing support tailored to the needs of high-level executives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in executive administration with a focus on IT support.
- Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including the ability to troubleshoot and answer questions related to Outlook and other applications.
- Familiarity with various office equipment, especially multi-function printers, and expertise in Air Print functionality for iOS Devices, iPads, and Windows PCs.
- Proficiency in Zoom and Teams with a strong technical acumen.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely.
- Availability for 24/7 support via text/phone, showcasing dedication to immediate issue resolution.
- Willingness to travel to the Nashville, TN area on short notice.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating, organizing, and communicating effectively with CEOs or high-level clients.
- Ability to troubleshoot and guide users through technical issues, even during random late-night scenarios.
- Commitment to a job that demands immediate attention, mirroring the urgency of a standard IT Service Desk role but tailored for executive-level support.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate efficiently and meet the expectations of CEOs who expect prompt and accurate resolutions.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, pivotal role in our organization. Onsite hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm. On-call (nights/weekends) will be limited to supporting the executive team, only (infrequent).
