Chiropractic Assistant

This is a part time position working Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays weekly and Saturdays (Two Saturdays a month through Spring and Summer-flexible).

Vitality Precision Chiropractic is seeking an incredibly professional, independent leader and team player with great organizational skills for our chiropractic office. Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, communication, and phone skills
• Must be comfortable in a fast paced environment
• Must be outgoing and willing to communicate with our patients and the public daily
• Will be required to learn and memorize scripts for education/screening events
• Must be flexible with hours (not a typical 9-5, Monday-Friday job)
• Must be available for some (scheduled) weekend screening events
• Mission focused and team player mindset
• Reliable, organized and go-getter attitude
• Ability to perform duties with little or no supervision
• Ability to travel for continued education seminars
• Must be 18 and have reliable transportation to and from work
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Flexibility to adapt to new changes and growth
• Problem solver-seek to implement new procedures and policies to improve the office and patient experience

Day to Day Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Running reports and audits
• Performing exams and consultations
• Taking x-rays (will train in office)
• Verifying insurance and billing
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Community outreach and events

**Medical experience not required. We will train the right individual.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
