We are looking for:
- Individuals who have a passion for fine dining and customer service
- One year of commercial and/or fine dining, cooking experience
- Treat your fellow team and residents with an outstanding attitude. Always be professional and remember that customer service matters
- Be team oriented and focused on doing whatever it takes to serve our residents with outstanding service and quality meals
- Use your skills and attention to detail to consistently create delicious meals and a fine dining culture
- Enjoy your work, be creative, offer ideas for improvement
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Other duties that are needed to make the kitchen and meal service run smoothly
- Every member of our culinary team is expected to accomplish tasks wherever needed in the kitchen, a whatever it takes attitude whenever it is necessary
