You can contribute to the future of the agriculture industry by becoming a Maintenance Supervisor with Viterra’s canola processing facility in Warden, Washington. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for assigning, coordinating, and participating in the day-to-day maintenance activities of machinery and equipment at a Canola processing facility, while ensuring the provision of safe, timely and efficient service. You will be provided with the training you need to successfully perform the Maintenance Supervisor job duties. The hourly range for this position is $34.18 - $47.81. In this role, you will also be eligible for a Short-term Incentive Plan (bonus). The ideal candidate: The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in a maintenance and repair position. Journeyman level certificate, in the Industrial/Mechanic trade is an asset, supplemented with supervisory training course. To be successful you must have experience in reading building plans and blueprints, have the physical ability to perform the functions of the job, and be familiar with CMMS programs. Previous Supervisor experience is considered an asset. Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
