Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The customer service representative will be responsible for performing all tasks and communication related to the intake of patient information concerning the service of durable medical equipment and respiratory products and supplies with patients/clients, co-workers, and referral sources as it relates to patient services and third party reimbursement.
- The customer service representative will adhere to and implements all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to clinical programs
- The customer service representative will build relationships with locations, field management, patients, and referral sources
- The customer service representative will collect patient source information and inputs data into e-Intake
- The customer service representative will complete thorough verification for products and services
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service representative experience
