What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Vivacity Tech PBC?

Vivacity Tech is looking for a dynamic warehouse associate to join our team on 1st shift, Monday- Friday.

$17-18.50 per hour depending on experience

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:.

Check and verify customer orders before processing
Process, pack and ship orders according to purchase orders
Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments
Identify any damaged or missing materials and notifies supervisor
Load and unload delivery trucks
Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
Organize inventory and warehouse space
Ensure cleanliness of work environment
Ensure machines and equipment are functioning and properly maintained
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Proficient with necessary system applications with ability to learn new or updated software

What Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For?

High school diploma and minimum 1-year of relevant experience required
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

What Do We Physically Require of You?

Prolonged periods of moving around the warehouse
Ability to operate job-related machinery
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of shipping materials at a time
