About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join the Quality Compliance team in our Naples office. They will be responsible for coordinating the inspection of returned items, implementing QA procedures, record tracking, and data analysis. Additionally, they will be assisting the Warehouse team in day-to-day activities.

You are someone who will foster a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization, and mentor the team while staying updated on industry regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough inspections of returns, components, and finished products ensuring adherence to quality standards, and documenting and reporting any defects.
- Developing and implementing new quality assurance processes and procedures, creating and updating documentation such as quality manuals and standard operating procedures.
- Collecting and analyzing data related to product quality and performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Fostering a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
- Investigating and resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner, propose and implement preventive measures to avoid future issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management) preferred.
- Proven experience in product quality/quality control or a related role required.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
