Job Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoforming machines by feeding materials and controlling programs.
- Coordinate manufacturing processes within the plastic department.
- Monitor team activities and machinery to ensure high production quality.
- Conduct QC testing on samples of cups for leaks as needed.
- Oversee packers to ensure the correct number of trays are prepared for packing.
- Troubleshoot and repair thermoforming equipment as required.
- Organize and schedule tasks effectively to support production priorities.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating thermoforming machinery or similar equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
- Ability to monitor and guide team members effectively.
- Preferred bilingual candidates (Korean, English, Spanish).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
