Certified Public Accountant

Show-Me Organics is a Missouri-based Medical Marijuana infused product manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri. We are looking to add a new team member to our Finance Department.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Conduct cash flow analysis to optimize cash management and liquidity
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes
- Assist with financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Experience with general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
- Solid understanding of cash flow analysis and forecasting techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
