A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced part time Sales Associate to join our Vivienne Westwood boutique in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of proven experience in fashion luxury as well as a proven clientele portfolio. They will be well spoken, well presented and able to deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for a confident seller who is passionate about the brand. An interest in fashion design and fluent in either Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Japanese will make you a competitive candidate for this position.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome and assist customers in their buying journey
- Develop a good product knowledge
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with all procedures and policies and carry out work according to those standards.
- Carry out additional duties necessary to the business
Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience in sales for retail fashion
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Understanding of trends, products and collections
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
