Job Description Who We Are: Our mission is to redefine the home experience through intelligently designed products and services delivered to every home by people who care. The Role: Responsible for all collections processes including payments, delinquency communication, delinquency management, write-off, post write-off partnership with third parties. Lead all teams both in house and BPO partners as well as the agency correspondence team. Understand, communicate, and present on all thing’s involuntary attrition. Own the management and execution of strategy to reduce involuntary attrition. What you will be working on: Improving communication with customers in all mediums. Creation and documentation of payment retry strategy. Setting department targets and driving important KPI’s. Working to upgrade tools to provide best payment experience possible for frontline reps and customers. Developing leaders and creating an employee friendly environment that increases average agent tenure. Who you will work with: Recruiting, Training, Analytics, HR and call center leaders both senior and frontline.
