Primary Responsibilities:
- Transact all inventory movements with a high level of accuracy.
- Material handling, including- unloading inbound freight, loading outbound freight and parcel, sorting, and storing.
- Fulfill all outbound shipping orders to Vivint customers, technicians, and offices.
- Fill internal requisitions or requests for inventory, supplies, or other stock items.
- Follow all safety rules.
- Identify damaged inventory stored in the warehouse.
- Complete audits and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
- Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours.
- Adherence to lean and 5S principles.
- Must pass on-boarding training program & maintain minimum expectations.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on speed and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and ‘customers’
- Basic computer knowledge
- Innate sense of urgency & competitiveness
- Innovative drive
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to make competent decisions in absence of supervision
- During work hours, punctuality and time management are important

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
