Summary:
In this role, you will lead the functionality of the collections process.
Responsibilities:
Manage established collection processes and procedures for IOS.
Provide updates to key stakeholders, including National Account Managers and Director of Client Services.
Look to continuously work through collections backlog and eliminate possible write offs.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of experience required.
Accounts receivable/collections experience required.
Knowledge of system implementation preferred.
Experience managing large system, security, and platform upgrades desired.
Health care experience a plus.

$51,900.00 - $75,150.00This position is also incentive eligible.
