Supervisor, Customer Support

VIZIO is looking for an energetic Customer Support Supervisor to lead a team of Customer Support Representatives on VIZIO’s aware winning Customer Support Team. The position is in Dakota Dunes and has responsibilities supporting both technical and business related issues across several VIZIO locations. • Lead a Team of 12 Customer Support Employees
• Assist in scheduling and time keeping for your Direct Reports.  
• Periodically take Customer Support calls, including an Escalated Customer
• Monitor calls and provide regular feedback to your Direct reports to help them develop and grow within their Career
• Work closely with the Customer Support Leadership team to improve processes and become more efficient

• You have 1 years of Manager/Leadership experience  
• You have the ability to develop others by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and working with them to hit their set Goals
• You have experience with MS Office Applications, primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• You have a bias for action, are resourceful and have experience working in fast-paced environments
• You have a very good understanding of the VIZIO Customer Support processes and troubleshooting procedures
• You have outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
