Job Description:
Digital Operations - Ecommerce Analyst (Role Description/Expectations)
- Have a basic understanding of Online ordering process such as Product page, Add to cart, Cart check out, Payment and so on.
- In this role the analyst will work on the NAPA online system and oversee issues related to NOL ordering (BOPIS, ROL, Ship to home). This includes understanding order flow and coordinating with other teams such as NXP, TAMS, JDE etc for resolution.
Analyst will be involved in identifying bugs related to ordering issues, and performing workarounds to ensure orders are completed in time to minimize customer impact.
- Ecommerce analyst will help with running any cron jobs, Jenkins jobs as needed to complete ordering processes.
- Root cause analysis needs to be performed by Analyst to pinpoint issues with NOL system. This will include using SPLUNK, full story and other tools to understand log/errors.
- Analyst will work on incoming requests from DC/Field managers for activating or deactivating stores on NAPA online by performing a set of predefined procedures.
- The Ecommerce analyst will be responsible to with external vendors like DAC for managing online store profiles (Google, Bing etc) and making sure they have accurate information (store address, hours etc)
- Fraud Management/Chargeback processing will be an important area where ecommerce analyst will be expected to monitor Fraud/Declined metrics for NOL orders and submit chargeback information to vendor Signifyd. Steps are pre-documented for this.
- At times analyst will be expected to document and Create JIRAs and work with dev/engineering team to reproduce issues, provide inputs.
- Assist L1 and L2 NOL teams for technical support with reported customer issues such as pricing, order delays, incorrect information on NOL and so on. Work with concerned teams to fix these issues.
- Analyst can also be involved from time to time in performance monitoring for NAPA online website by using analytical tools in tracking metrics such page load times, bounce rates etc.
