What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-Site Property Manager position at VMC?
Full Time Site Manager for two apartment complexes located in Brownsville, TN with 48 units and one apartment complex in Covington, TN with 40 units.
- Maintains property by resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and oversee maintenance technician for completing repairs; obtain quotes for landscaping services, HVAC, Plumbing, etc. as needed. Collect rent and fill vacant units.
- Rental Property Experience. Working knowledge of Yardi and Tax credit knowledge a plus.
