Virtual/Teletherapy School Speech Language Pathologist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a remote school SLP in Indiana for an ESY (Summer) start the 23/24 School Year. As a remote SLP, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
Provide therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and accommodations to support student success
Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and treatment plans
Attend and participate in meetings with school staff, parents, and other professionals as needed
Keep up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and techniques in speech-language pathology
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited university
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a school-based SLP
Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology
Strong communication and collaboration skills
VOCO Requirements:
Must have license
At least two years of school experience
Home computer with high internet speed
Must be tech savvy (we do have training for the software!)
Must provide your own liability insurance and be comfortable with being a 1099 contractor
