Internship opportunity June - mid August.

This position will be hybrid, involving a combination of remote and onsite work in Troy, MI*.

*Travel expense reimbursement not provided for required in person work.

DEPARTMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Intern activities may include the following, but not limited to the following.

  • Using Genesys Topic Minor product, performing Key Activities:
    • Outline a process to review and refine topics and phrases in Genesys Cloud
    • Perform topic modeling to highlight intents
    • Sample interactions to review topics and phrases are being detected appropriately
    • Run Topic Miner to identify new topics and phrases
    • Create weekly reports which outlines trends and insights
    • Provide recommendations to enhance self-service and increase IVR containment 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Must be enrolled in, or a recent graduate, of a 4-year undergraduate or 2-year graduate program.
  • This opportunity is best suited for a student in Analytics, Information Technogoy or a related program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Analytical coursework preferred.
