What You'll Do:
- Greet guests with energy and warmth to get each party started off right
- Be the central nervous system of Voicebox, ensuring each party starts on time and that the whole night goes smoothly
- Answer questions from our guests about what Voicebox is, how it works, and anything in-between
- Use tools like our calendar system and POS to start and close tabs accurately
- Check IDs of each guest

Minimum Requirements:
- Weekend availability
- 21 years old
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A passion for hospitality and giving great service
- Ability to sit, stand and move for 4 hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
Bonus Points:
- Prior experience using customer relationship management systems or other reservation software
- Prior experience working in team environments
- A passion for karaoke or music in general
