Summary
The Manager of HRIS is responsible for a team that implements and maintains multiple HR systems and interfaces that serve the different locations of the company across North America. This role also oversees the Learning & Development efforts in North America. The incumbent works in close collaboration with several other departments acting as a subject-matter-expert on HR data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day activities of the organizations HR, Payroll, and Time systems for North America including data integrity, reporting, and security.
- Ensure HR database and multiple interfaces integrity and accuracy, managing the day-to-day entry and the development of audit reports and processes for due diligence.
- Assure system configuration aligns with HR strategies and described processes.
- Maintain key relationships with key stakeholders on future platform and functionality requirements.
- Analyzes HRIS needs for North America and works with the Information Technology team to develop solutions using existing or new software systems and software interfaces between systems.
- Responsible for researching and resolving HRIS issues, conducting detailed analysis, running ad hoc reports to validate data and providing data for internal and external requests.
- Be a change leader in people, systems, and processes.
- Develops and ensure user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and work aids are current for all end users.
- Oversees and guides the learning & development opportunities in line with the company leadership concepts and business operation needs.
- Conduct needs analyses with the business stakeholders and translate findings into learning objectives and finding appropriate solutions.
- Manages and mentors’ team of direct reports and helps develop them in line with the company leadership concepts.
- Individually own selective parts of project plans by accepting responsibility and accountability for the tasks, such as process mapping, identification of “best-in-class”, offer simplicity to end users, and improved employee experiences while keeping solid progress report communication.
- Engages in problem solving in a teamwork spirit creating opportunities for process improvement managing project implementations as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration preferred or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of HR application administration
- 2 years experience leading a team preferred
- Experience with SuccessFactors, ADP WFN, Kronos Dimensions, ADP E-time preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
