*Supply Chain Coordinator*

*Summary –*
The Supply Chain Coordinator is a key player in in-house/ supplier quality documentation and system receipt/ maintenance of materials. This role oversees the maintenance and acquisition of quality documentation internally and from vendors.
**
*Responsibilities –*
- Gathers upcoming vendor completion dates to ensure documentation completion and timely release of component
- Expedites or completes data book for submission to customer
- Ensures customer and Voith release of components before shipment release
- Verifies Request for Shipment document has been completed
- Coordinate with Logistics on when transportation will be needed
- Ensure goods receipt is completed when part is received
- Evaluate goods receipt/ invoice receipt and clean up when necessary
- Maintain and close out inspection lots
- Manage Quality Management System documentation and welder certifications and records on SharePoint
- Prepare monthly quality reports
Qualifications –
- Highschool diploma or equivalent certification
- Previous experience in project-business or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interaction and communication skills
- Solid language skills in English (written and verbal)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Team player, effective negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Must have demonstrated successful experience and proactivity
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office suite
