Volare Health is looking for an experienced and leading Payroll Coordinator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Manage manual check requests from facilities and the corporate office.
Process checks, obtain appropriate signatures and file associated paperwork.
Manage rate cganges and new hire pay. Verify correct approvals and log on the Excel spreadsheet.
Receive garnishments via email and enter in the system. Maintain a copy of all garnishments in the file. Work with facilities to enter different garnishments, and fill out any associated paperwork.
Receive timehseets via email, enter information into the system, and verify that payroll is correct.
Enter all new employees into the system.
Adjust payroll accordingly.
Enter information into the system for direct deposits.
Run labor reports for facilities after each payroll.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' payroll experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of and previous experience with payroll taxes and quarter end adjustments.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
