We are currently searching for a part time Right of Way Agent to join our Mid-Atlantic Region in our Virginia Beach office.
What you need to have :
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Virginia Real Estate Salesperson license preferred
- Ability to obtain a Virginia Notary license
- Ability to read and interpret title commitments and right of way plats / plans
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to foster a strong working relationship with clients
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent analytical skills
