Volpe Enterprises is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
Volpe Enterprises is a full-service design/build complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. We are looking to add Administrative Assistants in North Wales PA. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Follow phone script, take and relay messages.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Research and hand off client queries.
- Maintain the client database.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Prepare letters and documents.
- Schedule, update calendars, maintain project consultant appointments, schedule meetings.
- Make Open Sales Calls.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Help staff company sponsored events and home shows when necessary.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
- Operates safely in all conditions.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite preferred.
- 1 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Available to work a rotating Saturday shift.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Excellent customer service attitude.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Salary : $33,400 - $42,300
