Machine Operator for Innovative Bicycle Lock Manufacturer

Early Shift- 6am to 2:30pm
$17 to $20 per hour DOE
Monday to Friday
Our client, located in Wilsonville OR, is looking for machine operators to manufacture purposeful products for cycling and outdoor markets. The company’s passion is commercializing clever solutions to unmet needs with an exceptional brand and customer service experience. This client offers a supportive and friendly environment with weekends off and a new beautiful state of the art work facility with gym, employee cafeteria with vending, shuffleboard. Full time 40 hour shift Monday to Friday in a very nice newer and very clean work environment with path to grow within the company.

Job Duties:
- Assemble units according to required specifications. This involves:
- Assemble components
- Operate and maintenance of machines
- Identify problems and fix it or report it to a supervisor
- Provide other technicians, engineers, and project managers' feedback regarding design, quality, and/or schedule issues
- Ensure quality, look for faulty hardware during the assembly process
- Inspect incoming manufactured parts for quality
Knowledge, Skills, and abilities we are looking for:
- Excellent mechanical aptitude
- Excellent documentation ability
- Ability to operate hand tools
- Ability to perform from oral or handwritten instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Ability to stand for 8 hour shift
- walk, talk, hear,
- Bend, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs
- Good hand eye coordination
- Ability to work with small parts
