MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB AVAILABLE IN BLOOMINGDALE, GA
Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Technician in Bloomingdale, GA
As a Maintenance Technician you will be :
- Responsible for maintaining cleaning stations, janitorial areas & supplies in 5-S manor.
- Responsible for inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available and in adequate amounts.
- Responsible for moving heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies either manually or by hand trucks.
- Responsible for setting up, arranging, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as meetings or banquets.
- Responsible for mixed water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Responsible for repairing damaged equipment back to good working order by utilizing mechanical knowledge to problem solve.
- Responsible for minor plumbing maintenance (e.g., replacement or repair of leaks in drains, faucets, and toilets, unclogging of drains).
- Responsible for painting various structures and equipment (e.g., walls, concrete, doors, restroom facilities, etc.).
- Responsible for participating in associate meetings and communicating any concerns to management.
This is a Full-time, Contract opportunity.
- Knowledge of Demonstrate general mechanical and electrical repair abilities.
- Knowledge of construction and building maintenance.
- Ability to work at heights and carrying objects that are up to 50lbs. by hand.
- Computer knowledge is preferred.
Pay Rate : $16.00 - $19 per hour.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
